Chacha is a premium Georgian grape pomace distillate, produced from the pressed remains of our top-quality white grape varieties: Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Kisi, and Khikhvi. After the winemaking process, the pomace—comprising skins, seeds, pulp, and stones—is collected for distillation, ensuring nothing goes to waste in our production cycle.
The distillation is performed in traditional copper stills, under precise temperature control to ensure consistent quality. The process extracts a high-purity spirit with an alcohol content of 60-65%.
The result is a clear, well-defined product that retains the inherent characteristics of the grapes, with a clean, aromatic profile and a smooth finish. Before bottling Chacha is diluted to 42% alcohol in order to have more smooth sensation.
Chacha Silver reflects Georgia’s deep-rooted distillation practices, offering a refined spirit for the discerning consumer. It is designed for those seeking an authentic, high-quality product with a distinctive identity, making it a staple for premium spirit collections.

Chacha, with its bold character and refined complexity, can be a versatile companion in the culinary world, complementing a wide variety of dishes.
Chacha pairs beautifully with traditional Georgian dishes such as Khinkali, Mtsvadi, and Khachapuri. The strong, clean spirit cuts through the rich and hearty flavors of Georgian cuisine, acting as a refreshing contrast to fatty or heavily spiced dishes.
Surprisingly, Chacha pairs well with grilled or baked fish, particularly salmon, trout, or mackerel. The freshness of the distilled grapes works harmoniously with the light, oily textures of the fish, while its clean finish enhances the natural flavors of the seafood.
For cheese pairings, opt for strong, sharp cheeses such as aged Georgian Guda or even blue cheese. Chacha’s clear profile balances the intense flavors of these cheeses, offering a clean, crisp contrast that enhances the creaminess and sharpness of the cheese.
Chacha complements fresh fruits, especially stone fruits like apricots, peaches, and plums, or dried fruits such as raisins and figs. Additionally, it pairs nicely with nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts, where the spirit’s clear, fruity notes enhance the earthiness of the nuts.
Chacha’s robustness makes it an excellent match for grilled meats, especially lamb, pork, and beef. The high alcohol content helps to cut through the smoky, charred flavors of barbecued meats, cleansing the palate and enhancing the depth of the meat’s natural flavors.
For a sweet pairing, fruit-based desserts like poached pears or apple tarts make a great match, with Chacha accentuating the fruity, tangy notes. Additionally, dark chocolate or nutty desserts like baklava create a delightful contrast with Chacha’s clean, crisp profile, offering a satisfying balance of sweetness and warmth.
Chacha’s versatility in food pairing makes it a suitable companion for both savory and sweet dishes, bringing out the best in flavors with its vibrant, refreshing character.
Chacha is best enjoyed when served slightly chilled, with an optimal serving temperature ranging between 10°C and 14°C (50°F to 57°F). At this temperature, Chacha’s powerful aromatics and flavors are most pronounced without overwhelming the palate with the harshness of a higher alcohol spirit. The slight chill helps enhance the refreshing nature of the spirit while retaining its complex layers of aromas and taste.
Chilled Chacha:
If served too cold (below 10°C or 50°F), the cold temperature can mute some of the nuanced flavors and aromas, giving a more neutral profile. It’s suitable for casual drinking, especially in warmer weather, but it may lack the depth appreciated by connoisseurs.
Room Temperature Chacha:
On the other hand, serving Chacha at room temperature (above 16°C or 61°F) brings out the full intensity of the spirit, allowing the flavors to fully unfold. However, this might accentuate the alcohol, making it feel more fiery on the palate. For those preferring a stronger, more full-bodied experience, this can be an ideal choice.
Glassware:
To fully appreciate the aromas and flavors, Chacha is best served in a small tulip-shaped glass (similar to a grappa or brandy glass). The narrow top of the glass helps concentrate the aromas, allowing the complex bouquet of the spirit to develop in the nose, while the wider base lets the liquid breathe. This type of glass highlights the freshness, fruity notes, and clarity of the Chacha.
Alternatively, Chacha can also be served in shot glasses for a more casual, traditional experience, especially when enjoyed with food during festive occasions. The shot glass emphasizes Chacha’s potency and sharpness, making it a more straightforward, powerful tasting experience.
In both cases, avoid adding ice, as it can dilute the spirit and diminish its vibrant flavors. Instead, serve it lightly chilled for a well-balanced, enjoyable tasting experience.
